How do you use shungite stones to make shungite water?

  1. First rinse the stones until water runs clear.
  2. Then put the shungite stones at the bottom of a glass or ceramic water pitcher – Use 100-150 grams for each litre of water or 4 oz of shungite in 34 oz of water.
  3. After 24-72 hours the water will be ready for use

* For best results, you should expose the tumbled shungite stones under sunlight every month and replace them every 6 months.

Benefits and usage:

Water infused with shungite becomes a colloidal solution of hydrated fullerenes. It is recommended to drink at least 2-3 glasses of shungite water a day.

Use shungite water on your skin:

Daily use of shungite water to wash the face or body improves skin elasticity and gives it a healthy look.

Use Shungite to make shungite baths:

You can can also use shungite stones to make shungite baths.

In order to make a shungite bath infuse 400-500 grams of shungite stones into the bath with hot water for 15-20 minutes.

    Real, authentic shungite, tested myself. Pretty. They’re messy.

    These are real authentic shungite stones. I tested each piece I received myself. Although the package was .42 oz short, I’m rating these 5 stars, because of the quality for the value. There’s too many fake stones passed off as shungite.To make gifts, I got bendable colored copper wire to wrap these shungite stones for jewelry etc. This said, they’re messy. You’ll have black soot on your fingers. But this is supposed to happen with authentic shungite. If you’re creating EMF jewelry, etc. you could brush with a nail polish or laquer. However, then you won’t be able to use these with water. So I don’t recommend it.As far as I understand, this soot is not harmful to the human body if absorbed through the skin. It’s used in water filters, and the water is drank… So, it’s reasonable to presume that you could eat the soot and rub it on your body. It may even be beneficial. Perhaps like charcoal, which is also used in water filtration, the black soot is good for the body.For the quality and price, I feel this was an excellent purchase and I was really excited after I’d tested every piece.

    Beautiful!

    The stones are beautiful, but not only that, I think having them around when I’m on my cell phone or computer helps me not to get brain fog or headaches. That is just my opinion. I seem to notice a slight difference and I believe I can contribute it to the stones.
