Great vendor, highly recommended

Seller had no intention to sell and was unresponsive. I won the items fair and square and paid immediately after the lot ended. I was charged in full and when I checked on the status a few days later, it showed seller had cancelled but couldn’t refund my purchase. I had to get eBay support involved and am finally getting a refund back for items that were never shipped and that I never received. Extremely disappointed for the amount of work I had to do and in the end, still no items =(

Seller advertises this item, “is fully functional and operates as intended”. This is completely false. When the chord buttons are pressed the chord selected is totally out of tune even though the individual strings are correctly tuned. Internet research states the problem is faulty chord pads, which means this autoharp does not function as intended. As of this writing, 1-28-24, the seller has failed to respond to my return request.
