A bit small for men
I got these for my wife and myself. I had to give mine to my daughter because it was too short for a large man’s wrist.

Elastic isn’t strong
They were great but I wear them daily without taking them off so they only lasted 2 months before they broke. So I had to have them restrung with better elastic

Holds up great!!!
I bought a pair of these bracelets in November of 23 and wore one and gave the other to my daughter. After wearing it daily (right next to my watch) I bought 2 more, because I was just sure the elastic would give out on me, in July of 24. So here it is December of 24 and my original bracelet is showing ZERO signs of being even close to breaking!!! I’ve been wearing it 24/7 except I take it off to shower daily. I have zero evidence that it actually blocks EMF waves, but it sure does hold up VERY well !Also, I bought another “Shungite” bracelet prior to this one and I’m pretty sure it was not actually made of that mineral because it was polished very shiny with zero visible pores. This one, however, does show the classic Shungite pores, when you view it under good magnification…

El artículo en general luce muy bien pero no es shunguita .La verdadera shunquita cuando hace contacto con la pantalla del móvil puedes deslizar la pantalla y está que recibe no lo hace 😟
