My initial order was damaged during packaging. The seller offered multiple options including full refund. I chose a substitute. Shipping was quick for this day and age. Packaging was amazing, a wooden crate with multiple layers of padding. The geode was exactly as described. The display stand was included and appears to be custom fit to the geode. The seller went above and beyond on this one. Absolutely recommend this seller.

Item well packaged, arrived fast/safely. It is indeed a lovely Dragon ornament. However, I questioned the authenticity of the item being true ‘Jade’. After lengthy discussion with the seller they stated it was ‘Serpentine jade’ (not true Jade) in which I requested a partial refund. Seller was condescending a few times, but after much discussion we amicably resolved the issue with the seller offering me a partial refund. Overall I’m happy with the product, but felt deceived due to mislabeling.

First of all I want to say that shipping from other countries to the US is quite challenging, and lots of miscommunication can happen. My package still says lost in transit on my side, but it arrived safely yesterday. This seller communicated with me daily. They called for updates. This seller did a really good job and even offered to refund my money, which was not necessary but I’m glad the option was there if it never arrived. The crystal arrived in perfect condition! Highly recommend!
